Hey I'm Ben and I've had two siamese cats (brothers) for almost 2 years now. My girlfriend and I got a pup named Jupiter in September and he's the man! I love when he gets to play with other dogs and figured why not let him have some fun while I made some money! We do crate train our pup Jupiter (obedience and sleep), but if your animal needs no crate (won't chew anything other than his/her toys) then that is okay as well. Our cats are wonderful with dogs but as we all know some dogs are not great with cats, including my parents dog. I installed a doggy door at the top of the staircase leading to the bottom floor of our apartment where the cats can go if a dog is ever too aggressive with them, like my parents dog is each and every time. I currently am in-between full-time jobs and do financial freelancing from my laptop so whenever my pup wants a walk, he goes to the door and I take him out. If he wants to hang in the backyard, I leave the door open for him to walk in and out through the doggy screen. If you leave your animal with me and my girlfriend, they'll be in heaven with the amount of toys, love, and outdoor space right in the heart of Brooklyn. About our Animals: Jupiter is a large puppy weighing in at 40 pounds at just 3.5 months old. We're expecting him to be about 100 pounds! He's a German Shepherd / American Staffordshire Terrier Mix, and a friendly one at that. He loves playing with other animals especially dogs that are larger than him. But, just like with how he treats our cats, he's loving to smaller animals and would never become overly playful or aggressive towards a tiny dog or another cat. He puts his head down and lays down in a submissive pose to show them that he's no danger! Great pup, and were very lucky to have rescued him from a bad situation down in Texas. Apollo & Neptune are siamese cats, about 15 pounds each and about 1.5yrs old. They have never harmed a single thing including bugs (annoying, I wish they did that lol), they actually play with bugs and push them towards open windows, pretty interesting but not the point. They're wonderful with Jupiter (our dog) and have never scratched him or gotten in any sort of fight. They lay by each-other and are adorable together.
