Bet you can't find a dog I dislike!

Pet care experience

I've always been a dog person! Ever since my first family dog they've been my best friends! I love all breeds and sizes! My girlfriend and I are the proud parents of two high energy, amazing pups; one is a 3 year old 4 lb pomeranian who we raised from a puppy, the other is a shelter rescue, 70 lb pit bull/Australian cattle dog. I also know basically dog first aid and different training techniques.

Ben is absolutely amazing! He loves dogs, and that really shows in how he interacts with and takes care of them. My dog fell in love with him on the spot as soon as she met him. Normally she gets separation anxiety when I leave, but not since Ben has been watching her. He plays games with her all the time, and he's been helping me with her more advanced training! Most importantly, my fur-baby doesn't bark all day or nervously chew her back anymore!

Information Ben S. would like to know about your pet

I would like basic information (i.e. age, breed, temperament, and medical issues) as well as what they like to do, do they have a favorite to, separation anxiety, etc. Basically I want to know what they will need from me to be happy while I'm watching them!

A typical day

Where, how often, and how long each dog walk is based on the individual dogs, and their owner's preferences. Every dog is different, different personalities and energy levels mean each dog will enjoy different activities. I'm happy to take a dog for a short stroll through the neighborhood, take them to a nearby dog park to socialize with other dogs or a game of fetch, or take a high energy dog for a long hike! I love tailoring games and activities for each dog based on their personality. I also love treat puzzles! They are a great way to keep a dog occupied for a long time, as well as mentally stimulating them. I'd love to take them to a dog park or agility course if their owner thinks they'd enjoy it! But ultimately I want to do whatever is most fun for the dog I'm with, and am happy to take suggestions and directions from their owner.
