Hey there! I'm Ben Redmond. I'm a recent college grad (BA in literature and film), and life-long dog owner. I also work as a professional dog walker in Brooklyn and Manhattan, a job that readies me for pretty much any and all dog-related situations. I live in a spacious, multi-level home-style apartment in Bed-Stuy with a few friends (more petting for your pooch) and I would love to host your pet! I left behind my 10 year old so-ugly-he's-cute mutt, Charlie, when I moved to Brooklyn and would be happy to spend some time with your pet on walks to the park, belly scratching sessions, and anything you might request for your dog! I'm happy to send update texts and pictures as well! Having grown up around my own dogs, pet-sat and walked for years for family, friends and co-workers, I understand the importance of good, responsible company and care when your pet is not with you and I'd like to invite your pet over for a stay. Ben was terrific. He sent us updates and pictures of Spartan. You knew he was taking good care of him, and you could feel he enjoyed having him. He was flexible regarding drop off and pick up. I would let him take care of my dog anytime.
Ben is a gentle soul who loves dogs, which made Orly feel right at home with him. He sent us pictures of Orly on all sorts of indoor and outdoor adventures--"smiling" happily! Ben is very easy to communicate with and responds to all messages very quickly. We are sure Orly would be happy to stay with him again!

I would just request that any medical/bathroom issues be addressed before the sitting so I can accommodate or plan accordingly. No breed preferences, but VERY LOUD DOGS kind of upset my roommates...
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We will go on so many walks. We can even run if you want to. Down the street, to the parks, morning, noon, and night. It's always a good time. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Wherever s/he pleases. Time I'll spend with your dog Potentially the whole day, at least the majority of it. I work nights in film production and have the ability to bring dogs with me to the office if necessary. I do not see your dog being alone for more than an hour or two, due also to the nature of my apartment.
