Pet care experience
Dogs are special members of our families. Caring for a canine family member is more than filling a food dish or picking up poo. It's about providing personal attention to a beloved pet and ensuring that they are cared for just as they would be by their owner. Dogs require interaction. I am a very active person and can play or hike with dogs that are capable. I have taken care of dogs and other pets for both family and friends over the years. I am a reliable, trustworthy, and caring person. When it comes to watching your dog or inviting someone into your home to care for your canine, you can choose me with confidence knowing your animal will be well cared for and loved while you are away. **For Overnight boarding dogs must be picked up by 12:00pm the following day or owner will need to pay doggy day care for that day ($40). Ben watched our dogs numerous times for anywhere from one day to more than two weeks. We had two dogs - sisters from the same litter - and he began watching them when they were about 8 years old and continued until they were 17 (they passed away just a few months after the last time he watched them). Ben was unfailingly kind and patient and loving, even as they became extremely old and required almost hourly care. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking for exceptional care for their dogs.
Ben is a wonderful person with my dogs. I have 2 dogs and Ben is a great house sitter, dog sitter, and a great dog walker. He takes the time to know each dog and understand their relationship with each other. They are fed very specific food and Ben follows all of the directions that I have to care for my dogs. He is one person that I would trust with my dogs.

A typical day
Dogs will be walked around the neighborhood or with permission taken to the dog park just down the street. I hike several times per week and will take capable dogs along for the hike. Fetch, tug-a-war, or any other activities your job enjoys will also during their stay.
