No Dog Too Big or Too Small!!
Pet care experience
I have grown up surrounded by animals, never living in a house where there has not been at least two dogs. My mother has a love for especially large breeds and has owned two Saint Bernard's, an Akita Golden Retriever mix, a Great Pyrenees, and much more. I have always helped her with training, walking, feeding, etc. since I was young and have a love for all types of dogs. I distinctly remember when I was around the age 13 I would read the Dog Breed books around the house and prided myself in knowing the majority of types of breeds. I currently help my mother with her 110 pound Saint Bernard and 115 pound Golden Retriever, and am very confident with training large breeds (and small) as well as house sitting/walking them. When I was a teenager I even began my own neighborhood dog walking business, where I worked with much of my community as the local dog walker. I have a passion for animals and have always considered the veterinary field of study, and am a current member of the Veterinary Science Club at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Reviews
Ben was awesome! He was punctual, responsive, communicative, great with the dogs, and overall a great guy. I would ask him to watch our dogs again in a heartbeat.
Ben is a smart, hard-working college student with great integrity. He has always been a student-athelet, playing multiple sports in high school while on the Dean List and playing varsity lacrosse in college while on the Honor Roll. He grow up in a house with animals--two dogs, a cat, a turtle, and frogs. He was selected by the Animal Shelter in Irvine, CA to serve as a student leader intern when he was just 15 and he worked full time at the Shelter (a no-kill shelter) caring for the animals. He truly is perfect as a dog sitter!!!

Information Ben B. would like to know about your pet
I feel that the most important aspects that would benefit my ability to take care of the animal in both a safe and enjoyable way include: -is the dog friendly with other dogs/animals? -are there any tendencies I should know about before hand? (i.e. pulls on the leash, bolts out the door when opened, barks at walkers/skateboarders/bikers, etc.) -is their anything that frightens them? (i.e. thunder, etc. incas elf emergency situations where I may realize further care is needed in special circumstances)
A typical day
I am happy to walk, run, or bike any of the dogs I take care of you; depending on theirs (and the owners) preference. I also know of many great parks around San Luis Obispo that offer get open areas for frisbee, ball tosses, etc.
