I would love to leave a wonderful review since Bella did show up each night to be there for Toby and Mina, but left every morning. That is ok, I understand there are things to do. However, I had strict rules not to have anyone else in my home and she was to take Toby and Mina out for a walk every day. I wasn't going to say anything but Bella's reaction to me yesterday when I commented on her having people in my home made me realize there was no care, respect for my home or me. There are reasons we meet the dog sitters beforehand and that is to confirm our dogs and dog sitters get along (which they did). Also, to get a sense of the person allowed in our homes while we are gone. I don't know how my dogs would react to other people and this is why no one else should be in the home. I cannot be liable for the actions of my dogs on anyone except who has been approved to be in my home. Bella was aware of my Ring doorbell (in fact her and apparently her sister commented into the camera a couple of times when walking in or out of the door). She was aware of my Furbo camera in my living room, and that I turn it on after 10 pm for security purposes, I even showed her on my phone. The information about Furbo and the Ring doorbell was also written in my Dog Sitter and How Rules (no guests) note left on the counter for her, which she said she read. I instructed to let me know when she was there so I can turn off the camera while she was in the living area. Only one day did she tell me she entered my home. I turned it back on the next day when my Ring doorbell said she left the house. So what did I see on my camera when I got home? Every night she was there she had someone in the house with her. I never saw them interact (play) with my pups and at one time saw one of them push my dog off the couch to get down. There was no time she took the dogs out for a walk except the last day when I asked how they did on their walks. Shortly after my request, my Ring doorbell went off as she and pups walked out the door - she shot a photo of the pups on the leash and then told me it was taken the first day. The reason I am writing this review? When I brought up my concerns about having people in my home she said: "it was only my sister." No sense of wrongdoing or respect. I told her she should have asked me if her sister could stay with her, (I would have had no problem), but she didn't seem to see a need to make this request. It's too bad too, I liked her and my pups liked her. However, be aware - there is a lack of communications, and a need to follow requests or rules. As long as you know this up front, you will be fine.

Bella was able to step in last minute and be a lifesaver for us. She was punctual for the meet and greet, as well as the arrival and exit of the sitting job. She gave us regular updates with photos and made us feel at ease and able to enjoy our vacation. She followed our detailed directions perfectly. We would def rebook Bella in the future.
