Belen has always taken care of her dogs. She always makes sure they are well fed, that they get excercise as well as a good amount of play time. She has a big heart which has led her to adopt from animal shelter twice and has worked with those dogs to ensure that they are happy and healthy. She's one of the most responsible people I know!!

I could go on about how much I love Belen and how amazing of a friend she's been to me all these years, but I feel that it's her relationship with her dog, Lola, that makes her a great candidate to be a dog walker. Belen adopted Lola, a pit mix, when the puppy was around six to nine months. Lola had a very hyper and defensive personality- she would run and jump all over the furniture and would growl whenever my daughter- who was a bit over one- would approach her. I was nervous about Lola's behavior- Belen loves my kid as much as I do, and we could not risk Lola hurting her, accidentally or intentionally. Belen took action -Lola was enrolled in puppy school, taken to new places and around new people to help socialize her. No one knew the life she had before the kennel, but Belen was determined to help Lola feel safe and secure. Lola loves everyone and is extremely well behaved because Belen invested the time in her. And the thing is, she's like that with every dog. She understands that some dogs need a bit more TLC, and is willing to take the extra steps to make sure they are comfortable. If you need someone who is dependable, who is on time and will take care of your dog as if they were her own, Belen is the right person to call.
