Pet care experience
I am a single female who works from home. I have a 7 year old male dachshund who is very mellow and gets along with all dogs. I live in a small cottage that is gated with room to play. My dog is free to go in and out as he pleases. I generally take him on three to four walks a day. I am open for dog sitting at my home as well at yours. I also am open for dog walking. I prefer dogs under 25 lbs. I love dogs and have had one most of my entire life. I have kept dogs at my home as well as stayed at the pet owner's home. Petting, scratching, & cuddling a dog could be as soothing to the mind and heart as deep meditation and almost as good for the soul as prayer ~ Dean Koontz.

When I went to pickup Oola she was obviously happy to see me, but she wasn't over anxious And she even ran back to say goodbye to her sitter Beje. I could tell she had a great stay.

A typical day
I live near Balboa Park and walk the dogs five to six blocks on each walk. If the dog requires lots of exercise I will take them to the dog park at the request of the pet owner. I have three dog beds in my home. The dogs can sleep where they choose. My dog likes to sleep in my bed under the blanket. He is accepting of other dogs sleeping in the bed. I generally spend two to three hours a day playing ball with Mister. My house has plenty of toys from squeaky animals to various balls.
