I've had dogs as members of my family since before I can personally remember, so having them as a part of daily life is like second nature to me. Dogs truly have the ability to brighten any day as companions and to remind us not to take ourselves too seriously in life. Like humans, I think each dog has his or her own distinct personality and preferences so I would cater toward these differences accordingly, whether it be going for a long hike or a short jaunt, throwing a tennis ball at the park, or settling in for a little snuggle time. I understand that many of us are busy juggling many different responsibilities so I like to uphold an open communication style and remain flexible regarding changes in schedules.
