Becky was always very quick to respond and gave us regular updates on how things were going. We came home to happy cats and everything else is in good order.

Would not recommend. I would have liked more communication - and some photos, since I requested them - and more importantly, concern about my dog’s well-being while Becky was house/dogsitting for us. When I asked how it was going, Becky said that my dog had brought a tennis ball home from the park, and that she didn’t think about it until my dog threw up half of it. She didn’t know if my dog had passed the rest of it. I understand that things can happen with dogs eating things, but I am not sure how eating a whole tennis ball went unnoticed, and I was worried but Becky didn’t seem to care very much. Thankfully, my dog is fine. We also found a big piece of the tennis ball on the floor (the outside fuzzy layer) when we got home - why not throw it away so it wouldn’t get eaten? I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I asked Becky to dogsit, and trusted that my dog would be safe and well cared for, based on her five-star rating, which didn’t align with my experience. I’ve had very positive experiences with other dogsitters we’ve found on Rover.
