Pet care experience
I have had experience with dogs of all breeds since I was 16 years old when I worked as a kennel tech! I was also a volunteer at the Human Society and mostly worked in the cat room - spending time and cuddles and cleaning their living area. I know that the care of your pet is the most important thing to feel secure about when going on vacation or out of town. In addition to years of care sitting for both cats and dogs, I volunteered in South Africa and cared for baby baboons! I know your pet is unique and I will follow all instructions given to ensure your peace of mind, your pet’s safety, and will send pictures daily! I currently work remotely and am able to create my own hours, so I am flexible and available at all times to keep your pet’s schedule on track! I care and respect your home just as much as I love animals. If I am in your home, I will follow all instructions as given and am happy to send as many pictures as you request during my stay.

Becky came and stayed in our home for 8 nights while we vacationed. She took care of our lab, special needs mixed terrier and orange kitty so well that we had a worry-free time! Becky looked after our home and animals with such great care care and we are planning to use her when we take our next adventure!

A typical day
Along with walks close to your home, I also am able to take your pup on hikes close by! I have plenty of toys and balls for your pet along with ensuring their favorite toy is close by. I am adamant about keeping your dog or cats food schedule on track along with giving lots of encouraging words and pets of love! I have experience with cats and understand most also need movement and play to feel fulfilled. If your Kitty prefers to hide, that’s okay too! Let me know their common hiding spots so I can check on their well-being while I visit them.
