Hello! I have grown up with pets. I've been around them since before birth. Risking sounding a bit antisocial, I'll admit that I love animals more than people. They're just better than us! When around them, caring for them is when I am at my happiest. Recently I lived with a Golden Retriever and a Havanese, different sizes, different personalities, both very cute and very difficult. Beyond personal experience I dog sat in both NY and LA for dogs ranging from a Boston Terrier, to a Pug, to a mid-sized mut. I have volunteered at rescues, and my own pet (a cat) is a rescue. I worked in unscripted television and actually made a taster video about a show that would flip animal shelters in need. I did all the research, casting and editing. It sold! To Animal Planet!
