After recently moving to Rhode Island from the Midwest, I was very fortunate to be able to cross paths with Becca on the Rover App. While looking for sitters for my 3-year-old German Shepherd, I knew that it would take a patient individual, due to the many “Quirks” that my pup has. After being declined from many commercial dog daycares, due to high levels of social anxiety and timidness, Becca agreed to slowly start the introduction process to my pup Willow. During the introduction phase, it was recommended by Becca to first set up a few supervised meets and greets to instill a mutual comfort level between her and Willow. Becca put emphasis on creating a low-stress environment which allowed Willow to approach her once she felt comfortable. I was impressed with her ability to build a bond with Willow and create leash etiquette in such a short duration of time. As a nervous dog dad, Becca had the ability put us both at ease with her level of professionalism. Extensive communication before arrival, pictures during the visit, and when leaving premises built exponential levels of trust. With this trust and confidence, we proceeded with routinely scheduled visits in which I saw the mannerism of Willow improve. Willow and I have nothing but praise to say about Becca, as she welcomed us both to New England!

Becca was amazing with my older Australian Shepard, Phillie! Phillie needs a bit of patience as she is going deaf, blind and has anxiety and arthritis. I was sent photos and updates often. While traveling, I had spotty service but Becca always had a message waiting for me :) She was the perfect sitter and I would totally hire her again!
