I'm a young professional who's always looking for my next furry friend! While my experience with dog care and house sitting began in 2013, my experience with dogs began in 1991! My family has owned dogs since before I was born, teaching me how to interact and train dogs from a very early age. We have raised dogs ranging from 7-40 lbs. In middle school I accompanied mom and dachshund, Chloe, to training and obedience classes. More recently, I took a rescue dog, Koda, to private training sessions with Larry Benoit and Camp Bow Wow. It was through those programs that I learned, one on one, how to train and interact with rescue animals. Equipt with the positive reinforcement techniques I learned through our private training, I taught Koda to overcome his fear aggression and learn basic training commands.
