Beate is fantastic! She took great care of my fur babies and sent me pictures every day to help me coupe with being separated from them. She is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and health and was able to give me tips and advice on things she noticed while my pups were with her. I will definitely use her services again.

Beate was fantastic! I have two German Shepherds that can certainly be a handful and I couldn't have asked for a more calm, patient, and knowagable person to care for my dogs. She sent me updates and awesome pictures and videos the whole time we were away. Also, she helped my pups with some training, gave me a detailed written analysis of their time with her, and recommendations on how to continue their ttraining. I ...

Beate was wonderful with my 13 week old puppy, Millie. You couldn't find a more patient person. She helped Millie adjust and learn to play with other dogs. It was great having daily pics (and a video clip) from Beate showing what Millie was doing during the day.

Dogs have been a vital part of my life for a very very long time. I’ve been involved with dog rescue (horses too!) and adoption for many years, and used my dog training expertise to help these frightened, tossed-away dogs gently reintegrate into environments where they would be cared for and ...

What Beate would like to know about your dog

No breed preferences or exclusions. Breed does not necessarily determine the dog’s personality, temperament or behavior. Mostly, that’s a result of his environment, treatment and training, or lack of it. What I would like to know, is whether your dog has any fears, phobias or sensitivities. Is she afraid of thunder or loud noises? Big fluffy dogs? Don’t laugh. I had a guest dog who reacted whenever he saw a fluffy white dog. Really. Is your dog reactive to anything, like the UPS truck, or people in caps, or some other "odd" thing? Is he sensitive to anything, such as being touched on certain parts of his body? Anything that you can think of, no matter how big or small, will help me provide the right care and environment that works best for her/him.
