I love dogs. Always have, always will. I haven't been able to become a full time dog mom because of other commitments, so instead, I've taken to caring for the pups of friends, neighbors and family. It's the perfect way to get in some dog lovin! I tend to take the pups out at least twice a day, a third time if possible, and like to give them a good 30 minute stroll each time. There's always lots of snuggling and a bit of play time. Usually by the time the little guys leave me, I'm in full separation anxiety mode....until it's time for the next one to come stay... My apartment is clean, quiet and stocked with lint rollers and cozy corners. I'm more comfortable with small dogs, and require that all the pups who come to hang out with me are house trained (at least on a wee-wee pad if not for walks) and are well adjusted enough to have no history of aggression towards other dogs or humans. Also, as I live in a small building, they must be bark trained please!
