MSU Vet student missing her pups

Pet care experience

As a current fear-free certified MSU veterinary student, I will be able to shower your fur-baby with all the love and affection that they deserve. Fear-free means that I have been trained to provide animals with as much comfort as possible, no matter the situation. I have over a thousand hours of experience working in shelter, hospital, and even zoo settings, so if your dog need extra special services or care I am most likely qualified to provide them. I have worked with diabetic, paraplegic, geriatric, and anxious pet friends, so please feel free to reach out and ask how I can cater my skill sets to your needs. I have had dogs in the home as long as I can remember and have sat for neighbors in the past, but now that I am states away from home I miss my family pets dearly. My apartment is too small for dogs, so above all I want to be able to spend time with your pet because it reminds me of home! I am normally free after 4 pm on weekdays and free on the weekends, thought sometimes I get out earlier. I am also willing to stop by early mornings between 6am and 7am as long as I can get to class at eight. I am flexible and am willing to work with you so that together we can build a schedule you will be confident with. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Bayla was so great walking Monte and Bella this summer! She went above, and beyond what was needed of her, both our dogs loved her so much. She took them both on very long walks through fields behind my parent's house, throwing sticks and playing with them. Monte especially could not wait to go for walks with Bayla. I highly recommend Bayla to anyone with a dog in need of walking :)

A typical day

I will stick to walks or runs in your neighborhood unless there is a particular park you would like me to take your fur-baby to. If interested, I can train younger dogs to do simple tricks like sit, lay down, and shake with time. I am willing to play all their favorite games from fetch to tug-o-war.
