Pet care experience
I've had hands on experience with animals especially dogs and cats since I was a child living on a small farm in Adair county to owning a dog as an adult for the last seven years. I've raised stray kittens and puppies by hand and I've provided obedience training, administered medications, provided care and treatment for everything from skin conditions to parasite removal and wound care. I'm comfortable with handling behavior issues, walking, playing and with any service required for your pets in general!

Basil has watched my dogs countless times while my husband and I were out of town and I have witnessed him firsthand even more. Basil takes it upon himself to let them outside if he sees they need it, feed them, and he plays with them or cuddles them almost constantly while inside. Basil consistently puts my dogs’ needs and wants over his own time and time again. When my husband and I are out of town, he makes it a priority to play frisbee with our German Shepherd for 20+ minutes, multiple times per day when she demands a minimum of 20 minutes once per day. My dogs hardly miss us when Basil is around. He is the only person my Staffordshire with extreme anxiety has become 100% comfortable with, and he managed to do it in such a short amount of time. My dogs even went three years not seeing Basil and after two barks and a single sniff, they realized their third favorite person was here!

When providing services at your home, I have the ability to also socialize your dogs if required or requested with my own dog. She is a cattle dog, shepherd mix and has great temperament for even small animals such as those we encounter on walks (squirrels, rabbits, etc.) and even has a great relationship with the local stray cats! She enjoys playing and meeting new animals (though excitable at times, she is quite obedient).

A typical day
I love to have active play with dogs! I can throw frisbees, balls and walk to your dog's content. If possible, I'd love to go to the Ferguson park and run the field with your pet! If preferred, I can keep the walks in your residential area and still have the creativity to get that energy out.

I'm a single father and a full time student but strive to have flexibility in my schedule for any required services! I can provide walking, play and feeding at any time and can schedule overnights with relative ease.
