Basia is INCREDIBLE!! Highly Recommend! This was my first time using Rover and was so anxious about leaving my 18 yr old Maltese while I went out of the country for 2 weeks. I was so lucky and fortunate to have found Basia. From our first communication, she exceeded all of my expectations and provided reassurance, and confidence that Daisy would be well taken care of. Daisy is very challenging/ high maintenance with severe anxiety, and takes daily medications; all of which Basia went above and beyond to give Daisy the patience, love and attention that she needed. She would send daily updates, including lots of adorable photos and videos; which all showed Daisy was so happy. Basia has a genuine love and compassion for animals and for what she does. Her calm and soothing energy, that not only put Daisy at ease, but myself as well. Without Basia, I know I would not have been able to enjoy my vacation without worrying. There’s no one I could have trusted more to watch over my fur baby, than Basia.

Basia is the true boss when it comes to pet care! She is present and kind and will care for your dog better than you do. She is great with communication and very professional. I have a 14-year-old dog, and she loved on him and treated him with such respect. She had the patience to take him on lots of slow walks in the park and fed him my ridiculous raw food recipe. He was so happy and content when he got back home, that you’d almost think he'd rather stay with Basia. She kept me in the loop with pictures and regular updates that made me feel so confident in her services. Basia is a super solid caretaker, you’d truly be missing out if you don’t hire her!!
