Home boarding offers an alternative to kennels, especially for those dogs who would find such an environment stressful i.e loneliness, anxiety, minimal human interactions and socialisation. I offer a bestoke service, with the aim of replicating your dog’s usual routine as much as possible e.g daily walks, play time, feeding routines etc … tailored to the individual needs of your dog and your instruction - This will maintain routines and best meet the needs of your dog. YOUR DOG IS THE ONLY DOG BOARDING I only ever care for one dog at a time, ensuring your dog will be cared for individually. I am retired and I have no work commitments. I am at home during the day and night. Welcome Meeting It’s really important that I am a good match for your dog and you have confidence in me to provide the best possible care for your dog. A meet & greet before a booking affords both parties an opportunity to ask questions and to determine if we are a good match. It’s essential that your dog is happy and comfortable whilst in my care - Care instructions should be discussed in respect of feeding, exercise requirements, health issues, medication etc. Please share any behavioural or individual character traits that I should be aware of … do they pull on the lead, do they socialise well with other dogs? … all dogs are different, so please let me know. Caring for dogs is a real pleasure and certainly never feels like a job .. I am very fortunate that owners through Rover and private bookings, trust me to care for their precious dogs.
