For the past 7 years, Barbara has been the only person I've completely trusted to care for my basenji companions, especially when they're out for walks or I'm away from home. She is alert, energetic, agile, reliable, and knows how to handle dogs with confidence and kindness. Super fit, Barbara exhibits a natural, graceful athleticism shaped by years as a collegiate gymnast—perfect for walking dogs! She also possesses an intuitive sense about dogs that inspires confidence and trust. When Barbara arrives to take my dogs out, they go wild with excitement, knowing they're about to embark on another adventure with her. She takes them to different places to keep them mentally stimulated. Her love of dogs is evident in all facets of her life. It is reassuring that she is constantly vigilant about the safety of dogs in her care, especially when cars are in the vicinity. She does not use her cell phone while out with dogs but carries it in case of emergency and to take photos along the way. She always informs me about their outings, frequently sending photos of them. She treats dogs with respect, and they respond to her in kind. Barbara clearly enjoys and appreciates the world of dogs. All these qualities make her an extraordinary person to care for dogs—as her own pack (and mine) can attest! The best.
