I have been caring for various animals my whole life. Our family has enjoyed dogs ,cats, snakes, tortoises,fish,bearded dragons and many more. I have so enjoyed meeting the pets and pet parents through the Rover app for two years now and have never been so fulfilled

I left my 2 shih tzus with Barbara for 5 nights, and I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving them somewhere! She was so friendly and comforting. The daily updates were even better! My dogs were so happy the whole time with her! I can’t wait to book her services again!
We were so thankful and grateful to find Ms Barb last minute while in Tucson for the day. She was so kind and her home was so warm and cozy. She was also watching another corgi that day! Barb sent photos and messages through out the day! I wish she was in Phoenix, we would take the babies daily to play!! We will always take our dogs there whenever in town!
Barbara is a treasure! Beyond grateful to her for the amazing care she gives our pups. She is gracious and just the absolute best. She is a very special person and a gift to us and our pups. Thank you x a million!!
Wow! What a find! Barbara specializes in small dogs and especially loves elderly ones. My Tiny is 15 and Barbara spent a lot of time making sure he was happy with many pictures and videos! I would highly recommend her! She has a well fenced backyard with grass! A real find in Tucson! Fran Kosik

I have a large fenced yard which is impossible to escape. Lots of comfy overstuffed sofas and armchairs. Both of my beloved ancient Dauchsunds passed away last year. It has been so great welcoming Rover dogs into my home and heart. I love dogs and provide a lot of attention and affection for each guest. I can take care of any food or medication needs.

Just let me know about any special requirements for your pet and I will ensure they get what they need. I can't recommend pill pockets highly enough for any doggos on meds. I wish I had discovered that decades ago.
A typical day
The dogs in my care have free run of the house and backyard. Most dogs bring their own bedding but they are invited on the sofas and chairs. Unless the owner specifically asked not to let them . The dogs always lie about it if asked directly.

I am retired and have all day to pamper your pups like they were with family. I have raised a large family myself. We always had multitudes of pets around the house. I have started to specialize in smaller and older dogs. I really love pampering and caring for the seniors. I love to prepare special diets and am really good at giving meds .
