Woof woof! My name is Bailey and I am an avid animal lover who is excited to meet you and your pup or kitty. I have had dogs and cats my entire life and started working in the dog walking business about 7 years ago. I have worked with smalls pugs to large Mastiffs and enjoy working with all types of dogs. I have experience working with puppies as well as dogs in training and can help continue any kind of training your pup is working on. I am a UC Davis student who loves animals (especially dogs and cats) and am eager to work with your little family member. I know that every dog is extremely special and unique which makes me extremely excited to meet your special animal.

Bailey was super helpful. Last minute our other Rover person cancelled and we had to find someone. She responded quickly and was very communicative throughout her stay. She took the time to walk our pup daily. We came home to a happy pup.

When I first meet a dog I take my time to make sure the pup is comfortable spending time with me before I go out on a walk with them. I also listen to all of the comments I receive from the parents about the dogs behavior to avoid putting the dog in any uncomfortable situations.
Information Bailey W. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know the breed and size of your dog as well as their temperment. I would also like to know of any allergies or fears he or she may have so I can keep them as safe and calm as possible on their walk. For my own comfort knowing I would like to know what to expect when I enter your house. Will you dog bark? If so is there something that helps calm them down? Does your dog tend to bolt out the door? I do have experience working with barking dogs but it is nice to know what to expect before entering the situation.
A typical day
Depending on the length of the walk I will either walk your pooch around the neighborhood, take them on a run or even on a hike. I really enjoy out door activities and am extremely happy to take your dog with me on them. I live in the Davis area but I love to go on adventures. In the past have taken dogs to the Bay Area and even over to Muir Woods for their outdoor exercise. I often drive up to different hiking trails and walk pups I watch there. At the same time I can also make sure your dog has a wonderful walk around their neighborhood or to a local park by keeping a happy positive attitude around them and watching to make sure they are having a good time. There is nothing better than a happy dog!

Availability
I work part time and my schedule changes weekly this regular appointments will be difficult for me to schedule. However, the days that I am not working (which is about 4 days a week) I have full availability to spend as much time as needed with your pup. On my days off I also am able to drop by on short notice to better accommodate your schedule.
