Bailey was very responsive and flexible pre-booking. She was watching a few other dogs and disclosed that -- I liked the thought of our dog having someone to play with. She did not send very many updates during the vacay. We got one picture. The biggest problem, however, was the smell of smoke on Bailey, our dog, and the things we brought. It seemed that there is smoking in the apartment which should have been disclosed. I don't want my dog around that. On top of the smoke smell was the smell of air freshners to try to cover up the smell. We appreciated how nice Bailey was but will not return in future due to the smoke.

Bailey has watched my pet a couple times now, and as always done a great job. she responds to your messages promptly and flexible on pickup/dropoff.
