We have two cats, and one is really shy, but another one really like to stay with people. We appreciate your help,but the two things we cared was we had another pet sitter before, and she stayed for 30 minutes which was the service we had. Unfortunately, we had Bailee to come over for 30 minutes, but every time she only stayed 10 minutes and left. I understand maybe not necessarily to stay so long with someone’s pet, but that was why we want this service, right? And another point was we hide our key in somewhere, which mean we don’t want other strangers or neighbors know our key, and we want the pet sitter can keep the key until the end. But when we back, the neighbors just asked us: Oh, I saw somebody put the key in there, I thought that’s your friend or someone.

Very attentive and incredibly quick to respond! Would definitely recommend.
