👋 Drew and I are your local crazy dog parents with years of experience managing our dog’s extreme anxiety. We started doing Rover because we know the anxiety that comes along with boarding or having someone come into your home to check on your pet. With Denali’s extreme anxiety, we know it can be difficult (or impossible) to find people or a facility that can accommodate their extra needs. If you're new to Rover, don't worry! We're both verified through the Rover background check, and are happy to video chat or meet to answer any questions you have (or make sure you know that we are normal 😊). The short version! 💻 We work remotely in tech with flexible schedules so your baby gets double the attention and aren't left alone for long days. 🥇 We don't mix dogs! Your dog is the only dog at our home or on our walks (besides our own). 🌿 A perfect fit for seniors! Our dog is very relaxed and not playful, so nothing rough. 🏠 See where your pet is staying. You are invited into our home and can see exactly where your pet will be spending time. 📸 Updates multiple times a day. Part of the fun for us is taking and sending pics! So you'll get pics or videos throughout the day. The long version! 🐶 Our own dog, Denali, is deaf and has extreme anxiety, so we have lots of experience and patience with special needs and medication. If you are worried about leaving your anxious pets, we have you covered and can accommodate any extra routines you have. For example, Denali will only walk with both of us, you have to be within touching distance, I (Bailee) must hold the leash, she can’t be left alone for very long, and is scared of smoke, shadows, ceiling fans. 🛹 We love teaching tricks, and she knows 30+ hand signs, does agility, is learning to herd sheep, and even knows how to ride a skateboard! She has traveled across the USA and Canada, anywhere from mountains to slot canyons with Drew and I. 🏔 If you live outside of Bozeman, and are visiting the Yellowstone or Grand Teton area, we can work around your trip since dogs are not permitted in 95% of the parks. So enjoy your full Yellowstone experience and get pics from us to see that your pet is also having a great time! We’ve had people request that we stop by their AirBnb, or have dropped their dog off for the day while they explore the park. 🏡 Your pet is welcome in our home. We live in a large, dog-friendly apartment with a dog park that is always empty. If they need a little bit of space from Denali, they can hangout in one of our home offices with us. They will always be with us and we live walking distance from a fantastic vet if ever needed. We joke about having puppy day camp, because we’re always going for walks, playing with Denali’s huge basket of toys, and have a stash of peanut butter dog ice cream in our freezer. 💟 The safety and comfort of your pet is my number one priority. Rest assured that they will always be watched and cared for as if they are my own. I do not introduce anything new without your permission, and you will be kept informed, sent photos, and will follow your instructions strictly. We know the thought of someone watching your family member is scary, so please know that we’re happy to chat, meet up, and even have you stop by our home if you’re interested in daycare/boarding.
