Looking for someone who will care for and love your dog/cat as their own, then look no further. I don't believe you have to be a dog or cat person, but you can definitely be both. I'm a huge animal enthusiast and have engaged in community service trips to help animals all around. I've had pets since I was a child and have been in the dog/cat caring business for a while now. I believe it's very important to understand the temperament of the dog that is in your care and be able to provide the best care that is specific to their needs. For the dog boarding service and doggy day care service, I've taken care of many of my friends' dogs while they went out for a weekend. These dogs range from under one year old puppies to ten year old Chihuahuas. I'm very attentive to what they need from how many times they need to be walked, go to the bathroom, play outside, what toys they like, what food/snacks they enjoy, etc. I also make sure the dog is as comfortable as possible in the environment of my home. There's also a gated dog park in my area and a harbor walk, which is perfect for dog walks and play dates. For the house sitting service, I treat your home as if it's my own. I always clean up after my self and my attention is always on your dog. When I leave, your home will be just as you left it. You wouldn't even know that I was there. It's as if your dog took care of themself. For the dog walking service, I have the ability to walk at any pace. If a dog is a slower walker that is fine and if the dog wants to run, I also have experience going on runs with dogs such as with hyper puppy huskies. I can also handle multiple dogs at a time. Also, for a dog that I have cared for many times, I was essential in his training. I would engage in the same phrases/commands to teach the dog to sit before walking across crosswalks, how to give a paw to gain a treat, etc. I think it's important to have repetition in how you communicate with your dog in order for them to understand what you're asking of them.
