Pet care experience
I’ve had experience with different pets all my life. I was lucky enough to grow up with parents that never turned away a pet I wanted: cat, dog, frog, mouse, rabbit, guinea pig, you name it. I’ve loved it and cared for it. We currently have two Rottweilers and a cat. One dog unfortunately has stomach issues, seizures, arthritis and severe skin allergies. I am very well accustomed to administering medications, whether oral or injections, as I am an RN who is a current stay at home mom. The dogs will have a large yard to play and explore in with a 6 foot privacy fence. If you need day/overnight care for a cat that is afraid of dogs, I can safely keep them in my room and let them wander when the dogs are outside. This is a safe place for everyone. I have a home with a large fenced in yard and lots of balls to play fetch with. We have two children, ages 3 and 10 The 3 year old son and my unspayed, 3 year old Rottie are best friends. They are both rambunctious, love to play and rough house and run. My 10 year old son and 5 year old, spayed, female Rottie are best friends. They love to relax and cuddle and do nothing together. Whatever your dog needs are, we have a match for them to feel comfortable here.

Safety is the top priority for pets staying in my home. At drop off, I have my own dogs put away while I meet with the owner and pet(s). After they have had some time to wander my home I then introduce my two dogs. I have had great success with this method of introduction, whether for doggy day care or overnights. When I am out of the home I do not leave the visiting pet alone with my animals in order to ensure safety. I prefer for dog owners to bring a crate but if unable to then I will separate them into rooms while I am away. I do require for pets in the home to be free of fleas and on preventative medicine please, to ensure the health of not just my own pets but future or co-visiting pets from other families.

All dogs visiting my home must be comfortable with children. Even without the possibility of a “bite”, discomfort around children will put your dog under unnecessary stress. I want them to be happy and comfortable in my home!
A typical day
We have a great neighborhood to walk around and occasionally go to the dog park. I have a large back yard with space to run, fetch balls, and play tug of war. Occasionally we bring out the mini pool, for both kids and dogs.

Availability
I currently am a stay at home mom. There are very few times I need to be away from home. One of my children goes to daycare for a few hours a week for socialization, making it even easier to attend to pets outside my home on those days, but regardless I am nearly available 24/7 in my area. **DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLES OUTSIDE OF MY HOME** Dog walk - $15 for 1st dog, $10 for 2nd dog, $7 for 3rd dog (in same home at the same time) Drop in visits - same as above House sitting in your home - $30 for 1st pet, $20 for 2nd pet, $10 for 3rd pet **House sitting will include two visits a day, for feeding/watering, playing and potty time**
