I try and follow each of the pets schedules as much as I can. I also make sure to pick up after me and the pets. I have no problem with newly house trained or pets that aren’t house trained. I am more than capable of encouraging them to go outside to use the bathroom but am totally okay with cleaning up the accidents made! I don’t offer in my home service currently since I have a service animal who’s quite antisocial but while caring for you pet in your home I’m able to take them for walks, play with them in the yard, or a dog park if you want me to, give them there food and water, as well as bathe them if needed. With house sitting I can make exceptions to not having a meet and greet prior but I do ask that at least a hour before you leave you sit with me and the dogs get to meet me with you present to prevent extra stress on them due to you leaving for your trip. If I am housesitting I prefer to stay in the home and leave for food but mainly remain at the home to make sure your animals aren’t lonely. Although I will try and text to let you know if I leave. As well as when I’ll be back. I also ask that you provide all vet information as well as the nearest animal hospital that you want your pets to go to in the event of an emergency.
