Best dog walker around, great with rapidly growing puppies!

I really liked Ayanna and felt like my animals would like her a lot too. I appreciated her willingness to be at our house for the entire duration of our trip as we have a puppy that isnʻt used to spending much time by himself and is still potty training and crate training. Our puppy had been hospitalized when he was 7 weeks old due to him getting into something that made him really sick. Given this, we have followed strict instructions from our vet to keep him exclusively indoors until he has completed his 3 rounds of vaccinations. I shared this story with Ayanna and also directions that he cannot be outside under any circumstances. When we got home our puppy had digressed quite a bit with potty training, but I was ok with it because I understand that the change must have been a lot for him to not have me around all day to direct him to go potty and to keep an eye him. However, my neighbor then shared that she had seen our puppy outside with someone running around in the yard. I felt absolutely shocked and then became worried about him getting sick again. I could not understand why our requests were blatantly disregarded, especially given the health concerns. When I asked Ayanna about it she was honest and shared that he was struggling with potty training so she let him outside to go. I appreciated her being honest, however, it was really disheartening to hear that she had taken it upon herself to make a decision that could have impacted the health of our puppy. I hope that she will take this as a lesson learned that when people entrust you with their fur babies and give very explicit instructions about why they can or canʻt do something, it is very serious and should not be taken as an "at your discretion" decision. Needless to say, we wonʻt be booking with Ayanna again and it has left a bad taste in our mouth using Rover going forward, which is unfortunate as that was our first experience using the service and we were hopeful about it working out.
