Pet care experience
Growing up with dogs in both of my separate households imparted upon me a genuine adoration of all dogs, great and small. In recent years, I have been reached out to by family members and close connections to care of their pets, wether it be for an hour or for multiple days.

Aviva is great! She was able to watch our dog, Light, for the weekend with short notice. Light had probably one of the best weekends ever! Aviva took her on walks all around the neighborhood, and gave her lots of love and attention. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thanks, Aviva!
Aviva was great with my dog Calli. Calli can be nervous or anxious around new folks and Aviva handled it very well. She was communicative, shared a photo and updates, and I could tell shared love with my dog.
Aviva was kind, reliable, and responsive. She sent regular updates and took great care of our boys. Would highly recommend her!

My home has a fenced backyard with plenty of room for your pup to lounge or bound about in. I currently live in my childhood home, so there is usually a second pair of adult hands on deck, in case extra care and attention is needed. All dogs have the right to lots of pets and scritches. If your dog is comfortable with it, I will give them all the affection and care that they deserve !

Information Aviva W. would like to know about your pet
I expect that any dog owner that is aware of their dog's behavioral issues, whatever form those issues may take, are forthright and transparent about any problems that may arise. I am capable of handling an excited dog that is tugging aggressively on its leash or getting riled up for whatever reason, but I would like to know in advance what might trigger or excite the dog. If there is a certain behavior that the dog owner does not want the dog exhibiting - a behavior that might arise during my solo time with the dog, I would like to know so I can help discourage that behavior.
A typical day
I love being outdoors, and I love being active. Having a dog along with me to go walk about local neighborhoods or parks is an absolute pleasure. I also enjoy running, and will take a dog on a run with me if the dog is down for it. In more chill moments, I will give doggy snuggles and many pets and lots of affection. All this, of course, if the dog is comfortable with it !

Availability
I am currently a full-time college student, but it is a necessity for me to have breaks for myself throughout the day, between periods of study. Getting to go outside for fresh air and body movement is essential for me, and it is made even more enjoyable when I am joined by a canine companion!
