Pet care experience
My name is Avery & I’m a resident of Daphne, AL. I'm 23 years old. Those who know me, know my greatest passion is dogs. Through my years of experience as a kennel assistant, a college student, and a mother, I have mastered patience, compassion, and responsibility. I'm very organized and I do everything to the very best of my ability. I went to Daphne High School and I just completed my Bachelor’s Degree at The University of South Alabama. I have 4 rescue fur babies of my own and they are insanely spoiled, to say the least! In addition to having a house full of dogs for as long as I can remember, I have 4 years of experience as a kennel assistant at a dog daycare/boarding facility, where I provided daily care to 30+ dogs at a time. I also have years of experience volunteering for local dog rescues. You could say I’m one of those crazy dog people, but I wouldn’t change a thing :) I'm all around a very loving and knowledgeable care provider to animals of all different ages, breeds, and personalities. In regards to my availability, I’m open primarily on weekends with some exceptions. If there are any concerns with the pandemic, I am more than happy to ease any stress (sanitizing hands + surfaces frequently, wearing a face mask, etc). I am looking forward to meeting + loving on your fur babies!

Avery is a responsible and very loving dog caregiver. She cares for them as each and everyone of them are her own. She is always making sure they are taken care of wether they are hers or someone else’s. She has bought in so many dogs into her home to save them and give them a better home. I wouldn’t suggest anyone better for the job. Avery is such a loving and caring person.
More than anyone I know, Avery's love for animals is immense. Her true passion is definitely time spent with all her dogs. For as long as I have known her, she has always had the sweetest, most well-trained dogs by her side. She has taken care of our Dexter for us many times and has always done a fantastic job. She is extremely caring, personable and trustworthy and can be counted on to take special care of any pet. Avery will forever and always be my go-to for my pets.
Avery has always been very kind, especially to animals. She has a passion for making the world a better place and making those around her more aware of how to do so also. I have never seen her be cruel, and she has a real love for animals. She has a passion that cannot be matched and would be the absolute best pet sitter around. With her experience in helping animals, she definitely is a qualified person for the job.

I have a special soft spot for pit bull type dogs and I pride myself in being a lifelong advocate for them. However - I love all dogs no matter the breed! I enjoy getting to know dogs personalities, establishing trust, and maintaining a relationship where they can be confident that they’re safe with me. I have worked with many different animals with all kinds of behavioral and/or health issues, so I have experience in handling an array of different characteristics.
A typical day
I love to play with dogs. Running around and throwing a ball/bumper will never get old to me. When a dog gets the zoomies, it brings genuine joy to my heart and it cracks me up. I also love to go for walks and let pups sniff around and explore. However, my most favorite thing to do with a dog is give them lovins and belly rubs :)
