Pet care experience
Our family always had pets so I grew a love for animals at a young age. At home I have Oscar, a 10 year old shih tzu and Daisy, an 18 year old cat. I have had the joy of these two in my life from the time they were babies. I know how to love and care for animals through all stages of life. I’ve enjoyed pet sitting over the years for my friends and family. They have relied on me to make sure their animals were fed, walked, bathed (if needed) and played with. I’m always attentive to make sure any animal in my care is happy and healthy!!!

Avery was on time and very communicative throughout her stay! She went above and beyond to keep Fox on her normal (very early) eating schedule. We would gladly have her back to house and dog sit any time!
Avery was amazing! She provided excellent care to my Cavalier King Charles' spaniel and my cat, who absolutely fell in love with her while she house sat and took care of them. I will be hiring Avery in the future anytime I need to go away for personal or business travel. She was very respectful of my home and provided great care to my animals who are my babies. She took the time to bring positive energy and love into my home and I appreciate her greatly for that. She was responsible and respectful, and provided me with updates on how my pets were doing via text and provided photos. She even shared anecdotes about the dog and the cat while I was away. Avery provided the kind of care of my home and my animals that I would provide, and that's why I can recommend her to anyone looking for house sitting and home pet care. She is trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and caring.
This was my first time using Rover and I was nervous to have a stranger stay at my house and take care of my pups, but Avery made me feel very comfortable and sent daily texts with pictures and updates. My two dogs felt comfortable with her. I’m very happy that I chose to have Avery house sit versus taking my dogs to a boarding facility. When I returned from my trip, my dogs were in great health and there were no issues. I would recommend Avery to house sit and would have her house sit for me again!
Avery is exceptional when caring for our pups! She is reliable, communicates well, and extremely responsible. I am so grateful we have her as our pup sitter. I highly recommend!

When it comes to a typical day of caring for your pets, I will learn your routine and do my very best to care for your pet just as well as you do. I enjoy going on dog walks at a local park or around the neighborhood as well as giving your dog petting and treats!!
