Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Ava, I’m 20 and I have had multiple dogs and cats at once throughout my entire life. Ever since I was able to be left home alone I was responsible for caring for my own pets such as feeding, walking, entertaining, cleaning up after and playing with my babies. I do not have professional experience however I have gotten insight into how attentive you must be while caring for animals. This past fall my family got new puppy and, while home for winter break, I watched over her all day while my parents were at work. I’m a responsible person that can keep a close eye on your precious pet(s) and have lots of energy and time to do so! I'm back at school at Flagler College and don't have a dog of my own but every time I see one in public I just melt. I'm not ready to get my own quite yet so this is a perfect opportunity right in between!

Each pet has a different routine. If yours likes to be outside, I would love to give them more time outside. If your pet has less energy and likes to hang out around the house I can fit that want as well! I'm a quick learner and understand that each animal has their own habits and certain routine/ requirements and I'd be more than willing to meet their needs the best I can.

Are they easy, high-maintenance? How often do they need to be let out? What are their favorite things to do and what makes them the most comfortable?
A typical day
I'd get in a ton of exercise for them by throwing a lacrosse ball and chasing them around, I'd love to take your pet to the beach if they enjoy that, my car is already super sandy so why not add some more?! Walks on the beach would be my favorite spot, especially during that beautiful time of day when the sun is going down but it isn't dark, it's far cooler.

Availability
I am partially available with a bit of a tighter schedule during this school semester. I'll need a day or two’s notice for sitting or walking opportunities. I wait tables at Meehans Irish Pub some days and nights but would be very willing to discuss fitting your schedule, whatever that may require!
