Hi! I’m Ava and I take care of cats and dogs! I’ve been taking care of animals including my own as well as for neighbors since I was a kid providing care for a wide range of needs from general care (meal times + potty breaks) to walks, playtime, and overnight stays. I have gained plenty of experience from my time with the 4 Paws Organization here on OSU’s campus, helping raise my past roommate’s puppy and caring for her as she grew up, and owning my own cat. I work with pets of all sizes and would love to meet yours! If you need someone to love your pets like they’re my own, I’m your girl!

Ava did a great job watching our dog! Provided updates, photos, and gave our pup lots of play time and walks.
Ava was so great watching my cat for a few days. She made sure to send me updates and pictures and was very flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule last minute!
We had Ava watch our senior dog, Bella, at our house for a long holiday weekend because she doesn't do well in boarding. Unfortunately, Bella was not on her best behavior, but Ava still made sure she got good care and plenty of play time. Everything was in good order when we returned and Bella has calmed down.

I will make sure to enter + exit your home with extra caution through ensuring there are no lingering pets when I enter and all doors are locked when I leave. We won’t have any escape artists here!

A typical day
I love to explore my new furry friend’s neighborhood by going on long walks (as long as they can handle it!) and allowing them to get socialization through plenty of sniffs along the way. On a rainy day or when your dog may need to get some extra energy out, I’m happy to play with them in whichever manner they enjoy most (fetch, tug, etc)! I have a kitty of my own, so it is always a joy to care for others’ cats. If they enjoy playing, pets, and interaction, I will make sure to give them the time and attention they need. I will go the extra mile to make sure that your pet is loved and well cared for while you are away!

I recently graduated from OSU this past May, and I am now working full time. My schedule is as follows: M/W/Th: 7:30am-5:30pm, Tues: 9am-7pm, Fri: 7:30am-12pm. If you have any questions about my schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
