We recently were planning a long trip away from home and sadly couldn’t bring our elderly pup, Tulla. Placing her in a kennel would have been very difficult at her age and we didn’t know where to turn. Thankfully we found Ava, who came to the rescue! I did worry that Tulla might be a bit much to care for. She is very sweet, but in addition to being elderly, she is also quite anxious around other dogs. This can be quite challenging for most, but Ava was able to handle this with no difficulty what so ever. When we returned, we came home to a very happy dog, in fact she was more interested in Ava than us! I cannot say enough good things about Ava. She was dependable, responsible, attentive to all of Tulla’s sometimes quirky needs, always responsive when we checked in with her and most of all, gave Tulla the love and care that she needs. We have since had her return many times, much to our and Tulla’s delight. I would highly recommend Ava to anyone who is in need of a kind and caring person to take care of their furry friend!
