I am currently a student at UWSP where I have a pretty flexible schedule, especially on weekends. I am able to do whatever your pet needs whether it’s a quick walk while you’re away or staying the night while you’re on vacation. I am able to be with your pet almost all day, with the exception of classes.

I have worked in pet boarding for 4 years and have encountered many different situations and handled each accordingly. I know basic first aid for animals and I am very comfortable giving dogs medications (even if they aren’t fond of it). During walks I am attentive to my surroundings and am able to avoid stressful situations for your fur baby.

A typical day
I love to play and care for you pet! I would love to go on walks or go to dog parks to let out some energy! If you’re dog is more chill then we would spend time getting lots of belly rubs! I would stimulate your dog with fun games, new smells, and lots of love.

I truly can’t remember a time where I didn’t have at least one (or ten) animals in my house growing up! Including my three-legged Chihuahua, energetic Catahoula’s, and rescue Aussie mix. I have been trusted to walk, care, and spend nights with pets of family, friends, and community members. I have worked in a pet boarding facility for four years where I got to meet some of my best furry friends! I have experience with many types of animals, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish. I provide care that meets YOUR pets needs…whether it be a 4 month old puppy or 14 year old senior dog, energetic and playful or a timid couch potato, big St Bernard’s and Great Danes or Dachshunds and teacup Chihuahuas. I love all animals and can’t wait to meet your furry friends!

Ava was a lifesaver for us, picking up a “sit” with short notice. She came for a meet-and-greet and our dog, Paddy and cat, Chicken, loved her right away! She was punctual in coming to our home and took great care of the animals during a cold and snowy weekend. The house was left nice and tidy, too. THANKS, AVA!
Thank you Ava for taking such great care of my pooches!! It was bitterly cold and you kept them safe outside and entertained inside. I appreciated also you reaching out for tips to coax Forrest to take his meds - the little stinker.
Ava is fabulous with all of my fur babies! She does walks and often treats them to beach trips and pup cups. She is responsible, caring, and loves all of her fur clients like her own! Hands down the best!!
Ava has taken care of my dogs and is an extremely responsible, loving, caring young lady. Her love for animals definitely shows. My dogs absolutely love her!
