I grew up around horses, my mom being a vet tech, my grandmother running her own kennel, and I myself working in a grooming salon for seven years. I can give medicine and shots no problem. I can offer in home grooming services as well: bathing, brushing, nails, ear cleaning, touch ups and all over haircuts.

Ava is a absolutely amazing! She always comes and stays at my house with my 3 dogs (black lab, golden retriever, and German shephard) and my 2 cats when we go on vacation. It is so nice to know that I dont have to worry about a thing when she is caring for our fur babies. You can tell from the moment she walks in our home that our pets absolutely love her. This makes going away and leaving them so much easier! You will not be disappointed with having Ava care for and love your pets!
Our dog loves Ava. We used to take our dog to a kennel on a farm, but she didn’t enjoy it. She’s happy as can be hanging out with Ava! And I feel good knowing I can trust Ava in our home while I travel. She groomed our dog, too!! Ava made sure to contact me any time she needed help, and she left a wonderful written report. Our dog was so much happier being home, and with one of the most patient and loving pet sitters I’ve ever known. Your pet will be in good hands!
Our family has used Ava for years. She treats our fur babies as if they were her own. Her professionalism as well as her reliability as made her an extension of our family and one if the few people I trust to care for my babies. She’s babysat and groomed them with love and affection. And I think it would be important that one of babies is a bit temperamental with pretty much everyone outside our immediate family. However, he LOVES Ava. I could not speak more highly of her and her abilities. She’s amazing.
Ava is amazing! Our herd of Dachshunds absolutely adore her when she comes to groom them, even Taz, who is scared of everything, loves her. Ava takes her time with her and let's her warm up before doing anything, and that means a lot. I absolutely recommend Ava. If she can handle our crazy things, and their non-stop barking, then she can handle yours. Ava has petsat (is that the right word?!) for my in-laws too. Their grumpy shepherd is always blowing his coats and Ava groomed him while she stayed and he looked AWESOME. She even got his 2" claws cut, which is NOT easy but she did it. My in-laws were so happy. Ava kept the house cleaned, and even made sure the recycling went out. Definitely recommend Ava!!
