About Me: I’m a hard working professional and huge animal lover! I’m currently employed as a Project Manager for a Web Development agency, but my position is completely remote. All I need is my laptop and an internet connection! This means, I’m free to sneak lots of belly rubs, potty breaks, and snuggles into my day! I’m happy to work from your home and hang out with your pets. Work brought me to Indy about 6 months ago and while I haven’t been too homesick, I’m certainly pet sick! With no furry friends in my own home, I enjoy the opportunity to provide high quality pet care and spending time with your best friends. Experience: Loving and caring for animals has always played a tremendous part in my life. I grew up riding horses and my home always had a minimum of two four-legged family members. Throughout college and my professional career, I’ve frequently provided childcare, pet care, and house sitting services. I have both owned and cared for dogs and cats of all sizes. My pets have ranged from an Australian Shepherd rescue, a petite tabby cat, to a litter trained bunny! My sitting experience has included reptiles, goats, Shelties, and more. I’ve owned dogs with epilepsy and diabetes, so administering medications and sticking to strict diets is no problem. Values: Communication: The love we feel for our pets can be as deep as any human connection. We want to know our pets are in good hands and don’t mind the temporary separation! This is why I firmly believe and commit to an open dialogue and frequent communication during my services. You’ll instantly be made aware of any concern and never question your pets wellbeing. Respect: I believe in treating other peoples property better than my own. As a guest in your home, I promise to maintain all boundaries and take good care of your pets & possessions. My goal is for you to return to a home in the same condition as when you left. Affection: Let’s face it, pet’s need more than food & water. Playtime, snuggles, and words of praise are key to a pets happiness. I don’t believe in just doing the bare minimum - Expect your pets day to be filled with wagging tails and lots of purring. Honesty & Accountability: Part of open communication is keeping you informed of my schedule while your home or pet is in my care. You will always know approximately when I will be in or away from your home. During my time away, I will adhere to all security steps you have at your home. Meet and Greet! I only want to promise the best possible care for your animals. A meet and greet gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, without a commitment. I’ll take this time to get to know your pets, while you can ask me any questions and we can discuss your pets daily needs.
