Autumn was supposed to be at our house between 8:30 and 9AM yesterday. I had confirmed with her Sunday and we had met her a few days before that in order to introduce her to the dogs and the house. Everything seemed fine. Well, she wasn't here at 9:10AM so I tried to call and text her, but she didn't respond to either. In fact she never showed up - totally ghosted us. That's after she was fully booked and we had discussed a longer booking mid month too which we were going to commit to after yesterday. In any case, I've contacted Rover to get a refund and of course wouldn't recommend her.
Autumn did a great job taking care of my pup when I was out of town for the week! She did at home check ins and made sure my dog did not feel alone. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure he was happy! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing assistance with their dog.
