Hello! My name is Autumn Fortenberry and I am a 20 year old college student! I attended the University of West Georgia and my major is Biology. I hope to complete my biology degree and then go on to get my doctorate in veterinarian science. I have been animal sitting since I was 11 years old. I have many clients who have come to be for many years and will only use me for their pet needs. I house sit for the most part but I have boards animals in my own home. I am 100% comfortable with any size dog or cat. I have even cared for a herd of tame deer for a client of mine! When I was 16 I began working for an animal boarding facility and helped with the cleanliness and wellbeing of rescue animals for a non profit cat and dog rescue called Hooties Haven. I have had experience with administrating medicines such as shots and pills. I have a firm belief that animals should be treated with respect and dignity no matter their species. Every animal is worthy of love, respect, a warm bed, and lots of pets! I also believe that while you’re gone, it is of the upmost importance that your animal feels loved and cared for until you return. While I care for your animals I am ready to do whatever is possible to keep them happy and comfortable. I look forward to meeting you and your animal family members!
