I've grown up with dogs and I've worked around dogs my entire life. I have nearly one-hundred hours with the Chesapeake Humane Society, and I helped start up a dog walking and sitting business in Richmond during my freshman year at VCU. We were called Get Fido Fit, and we had dozens of clients who booked us repeatedly because of our customer service all in and around the city. We even convinced a few people to put a sticker with our logo on it on their car! I love working with dogs of all kinds, they bring me so much joy. I have a dog of my own, Toast, and he's the light of my life. I adopted him after sitting for his foster parents – he just threw his whole (40 lbs.) body into my lap and we fell in love with him.
