We were nervous to leave our 4 pets (2 cats, 2 dogs) for a week's vacation since we've been spending countless hours with them during covid quarantine and remote work from home. We have a new dog who gets into a lot of mischief if left alone, so when we found Austin he met our criteria perfectly. He was willing to stay at our home, take many long walks, and get up at ungodly hours to feed and play with our pets. He even shoveled our driveway when it snowed 2 feet! Our pets were so happy to be home with Austin for a week and even seemed a little bummed out that we were back. One of the best parts of this experience is receiving pictures and messages about our pets via the Rover app several times. We look forward to our next little get-away.

Austin always does a great job with our kiddos! Some people just do the bare minimum. Austin goes so above and beyond! We are so thankful we found him!
