Austin was what we expected and more. He accepted to be sitter in the very last minute, when another sitter gave up on our pets while we were already out of town because our dog is not an easy puppie. He not only managed our anxious dog and gave some love to our cat, but also went above and beyond regarding the care with the house/cleaning, it was very reassuring to be away with Austin taking care of our babies.

We have an older cat with dental issues, and Austin does a terrific job helping him eat comfortably. Dogs and cats seem instinctively attracted to Austin's warm, friendly demeanor, whether he's petting a puppy on a walk or making friends with a new kitty in the neighborhood. He is also a close observer of animal behavior and a good steward of the environment.
