I just moved to Salem, Oregon from Wasilla, Alaska! I love animals and the outdoors and luckily I am located right near a park with a lot of trails to hike and to take dogs to explore. I'll be in Salem for at least a year however I don't know if I will be staying here long term and don't think it would be very responsible for me to get a pet of my own yet. Therefore, taking care of other's pets would not be just a form of income to me but would fulfill my want to care for animals since leaving my own dog in my family's care in Alaska.
