Pet care experience
I’ve spent my whole life with animals, and have been caring for cats for years! From kittens through high-needs senior cats, I have looked after many kitties and feel very comfortable caring for you and your animals needs! Currently I have two cats, a two year old orange moron and a senior cat with lot of medical needs. Since my older cat needs so much care, I’m experienced and very comfortable with administering oral medication, liquid medication, and injections. While most of my experience is with cats, I love all animals and am willing to learn their routine and needs so I can best fit into your pets life!

I prefer to take care of animals in their own homes, taking time to come in before hand to learn their environment, their needs, and any little quirks they have. I really value respecting each animals boundaries, and work best to form a trusting relationship with them from the start. Every animal is different, and you are the expert on your pet, so I’d love to learn as much as I can from you before I start caring for your animal!

What is your animals routine, and do they have any special needs? I have a special needs cat, so the first thing I always want folks to know if the routine (medicine, appetite, etc.) that my boy has so we can figure out how to best take care of him when I’m away! Next, tell me about your pets personality! Is your animal a ball or energy who loves playing or are they a mellow animal who likes to lounge around? Knowing your pets energy level will best help me prepare to meet their needs! Lastly, please let me know about your pet’s food, water, toys, litter/bathroom, and how to get in and out (if necessary)!
A typical day
I’m happy to meet your dogs needs, whatever they may be! I love going in long walks myself, and since im new to Richmond I’m happy to explore the city walking your furry friend! I also live right next to a big park, so I’d love to spend the outside playing with your pet!

Availability
I’m a working professional who works standard office hours (8:30am-4:30pm). I’m happy to take care of your pets in the morning and evenings, and anytime on weekends. I also just moved to Virginia from out of state, so I will be around for most holidays!
