Pet care experience
I am patient, caring and always put the emphasis on making sure to take things at the doggies pace by giving them plenty of time and room to adjust to being around a new person and in a new environment. This, from my experience, allows the doggy to feel safe, which is paramount in a doggy-centred quality care, as it then allows the doggy to start trusting the new sitter. It's then the time to start exploring and having lots of fun. I am an upbeat person with lots of energy needed to look after a younger pup. I am happy to provide plenty of indoor/outdoor exercise, go on longer walks, play tug of war, or simply snuggle up on the sofa. Likewise, I can take things more slowly for a senior dog. Whatever it is - I am sure that due to my flexible, doggy-centred approach I will find a way for your canine friend and I to "click" and spend some lovely time together 😋🐩.

I would highly recommend Aukse for watching your dog. I was really anxious about leaving my girl with someone for such a long time so I could attend my daughters wedding. I expected to be worrying and pestering Aukse asking 'How is Blue? 'Is everything ok? every hour, Typicall overbearing dog mum I know! I can honestly say this was not what happened. Aukse sent me regular photos of Blue throughout the day and into the evening. I will be happy to give Aukse 5 stars! I trust Aukse with my girl and will happily ask if Aukse can watch Blue again.
This is the 2nd time we have used Auske and I can’t recommend her enough. She looked after our old English bulldog for 8 days whilst we went on holiday. She got lots of pics and updates and Winnie was so relaxed and well looked after. Thank you so so much
Aukse is amazing. My dog is always so excited to see her - when he turns into her street he cannot wait to get to see her! He can be a bit highly strung, but settles so well with her it's like his second home. She is excellent at keeping him exercised, encouraging him to be sociable, and giving loads of cuddles. She is flexible and welcoming. I really cannot rate her highly enough - she is amazing at this.
Aukse was so so lovely. She took care of my two year old black Labrador while I had a wedding to attend in Edinburgh. Always a bit stressful when you are in a new city to try and find someone you trust to look after your dog (who is quite a handful). Aukse was super responsive before and during the time she took care of Bojack. Sent us cute photos of him settling down in her home and bojack seemed super happy when I picked him up the next morning. If I ever need someone to look after my dog again when I’m Edinburgh, I will most def get in touch again with Aukse!

A typical day
I live close to four big parks where I will take your doggies for their shorter walks & loo breaks. Usually, in the evenings, I take my dogs for a longer walk to the beach for a good exercise session, play time, and possibly a swim, or to the Arthur Seat where there is plenty of space for them to run free!
