Augustin put my dog Keiko in danger. I had used Augustin before so had no qualms leaving Keiko with him again. However, he disregarded my instructions to never let Keiko off lead and let him off next to a cowfield, which Keiko ran into putting him in danger of getting hurt or worse, getting lost. Augustin also did not give Keiko his medication for the whole 5 days he stayed with him (I know because the packet I gave him was full on pick-up). Augustin lied about this also , telling Rover support that I did not tell him about the medication - which I did, at his door, with my wife present in the car! Who knows what else happened on Keikos stay with Augustin that I don't know about. I will never be using him again and I would be wary if you do! Write everything down explicitly in your chat with him, rather than speaking in person.
