Pet care experience
I’m a regular dog-sitter and dog walker for all my friends. I love all dogs - big and small, young and old, calm and crazy :) I used to volunteer for SPCA and received basic behavioral training, including how to walk unruly puppies and how to calm down anxious dogs. I think all dogs deserve the world! We don’t deserve their kindness and I want to make sure your dog feels safe and loved. I treat every dog that I babysit the same way I would treat my fur baby, making sure they’re safe and given lots of attention. My 2 year old corgi, Billy, is also very good with other dogs. He’s sweet and loves to play tug-of-war with new friends!

Audrey is amazing! My 9 month old golden doodle/cavalier mix, Ellie, had the best time with her and Billy! I was really nervous leaving my puppy for the first time with someone other than family and Audrey put my mind at ease the whole time. She sent me videos and pictures multiple times a day. She always replied to any messages within minutes, overall great communication. She cared for Ellie just like her own. Ellie clearly had an amazing stay. I will definitely be using Audrey in the future. Thank you Audrey!! ?

I have a fairly large one bedroom apartment with my corgi, Billy, in a quiet walkable neighborhood in Dallas. My complex has 2 private/fenced dog parks and multiple blocks of sidewalk in the area. The neighborhood stays very safe and clean. The most important factor for me is safety - I know how anxious it would make me to leave my pup with someone else so I want to make sure anyone I service feels that their pup is safe with me. Next priority - that your dog feels lots of love, whether that’s getting the energy out, getting lots of pets and snuggles, or getting to socialize with other dogs.

Please let me know if your dog has any behavioral concerns ahead of time! I’d also like to know if your dog has separation anxiety or will bark a lot if I ever have to leave (I usually don’t leave much/more than 20 min at a time, but I’d still like to know just in case). I know some dogs can be wild or anxious or aggressive, I’ve watched all types of dogs before and have no problem with most. I just want to make sure I’m fully prepared with everything I need!
A typical day
We have an overflowing basket of toys to play with! I love taking dogs on walks and going to the fenced dog park attached to my building! And of course, nothing is better than snuggles.

I work from home most days and have a fairly flexible schedule. If I have notice ahead of time, I can almost always plan my day around whatever is needed. But the best times for me are early in the morning, around lunchtime, after work (5 pm or later), and weekends.
