Hello, I'm Audrey, dog mum to lovely Lotus (7 year old female border collie). If you are new to Rover, you can have £15 off your first booking with me using promo code: AUDREY156554 I have 2 locations for doggy day care and boarding, the default address on Rover is at SE9 where Lotus lives. The other address is at DA16 where there are no other dogs, no children, and your pooch will be taken care of by my mum, Sue. Unneutered male dogs are only allowed at DA16. Both locations offer a large fenced garden so playing in between walks will not be a problem, plus plenty of opportunity for going toilet. There is always someone in the house either working from home or retired. Note: If you have a location of preference, please state this in your message, and we’ll aim to accommodate, otherwise the default location is SE9. In the event one house is fully booked, we’ll offer the other. Sorry, we are unable to take dogs if they are in season and dogs are not allowed to sleep in our bedroom.

Let me know the sleeping arrangements of your dog- as mentioned previously, dogs are not allowed to sleep upstairs. Any dietary restrictions/allergies? Any behavioural issues I should be aware about? How is their recall and can they be allowed off lead?
A typical day
During day care, your dog would be taken for a walk lasting at least 1 hour, unless you specify there are health conditions which limit exercise. If your dog is boarding, there would be at least 1 walk a day, usually 2, weather permitting. Dogs are let outside to play and toilet in the garden. We live a short walk from Mottingham station (London zone 4) or Falconwood station (zone 4) so you are welcome to leave your car on the driveway for an additional £5 cash per day, for your convenience- please let me know in advance.
